Cuba´s new Constitution will be proclaimed this Wednesday: HAVANA, Cuba, Apr 10 (ACN) The new Magna Carta of the Republic of Cuba, endorsed last February 24, will be proclaimed today at an extraordinary session of the National Assembly of People's Power (ANPP).
